The prestigious Red Mountain Ranch neighborhood is located roughly halfway between Crested Butte and Gunnison, making a commute to either end of the valley a breeze. This gated community consists of spectacular 35+ acre parcels, many of them bordering public land. If you’re looking for wide-open spaces, Red Mountain Ranch is a great choice! The down valley location means a bit less snow than similar real estate such as Trapper’s Crossing.
