The Bravo! Vail Music Festival brings world-renowned musicians to picturesque venues throughout Vail for nearly seven weeks, drawing music lovers from around the world. It’s the only festival in North America to host four of the world’s finest orchestras in a single season, Bravo! Vail celebrates its 38th season this summer!

In 1987, founding executive director John Giovando and founding artistic director Ida Kavafian established Bravo! Vail as public 501 (c) 3 Colorado non-profit corporation. Since then, Bravo! Vail has evolved from a small chamber music series to an international music festival with dozens of performances throughout Eagle County, and summer home to the world’s greatest musicians and orchestras.

Come and celebrate the 4th of July in Vail with the return of the Vail America Days Parade! We are currently in the planning stages for the annual Vail America Days celebration, but are planning for a traditional parade in the morning and nighttime fireworks display.

Below is a schedule of events we think you would like:

Parade – 10 a.m
The Vail America Days Parade will make its way from Golden Peak to Lionshead. This year’s theme is “Red, White & Blues.” We are excited to see what fun floats and ideas transpire with this theme in mind.

Annual Patriotic Concert – 12:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
After the parade, make your way to the Gerald R Ford Amphitheater for some fun in the sun and live music. Enjoy a performance by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. All ages are welcome, and proceeds will benefit Semper Fi and Americas Fund/Vail Veterans Program. The gates open at 12:30 p.m., and the show starts at 2 p.m.

Fireworks – 9 p.m.
New to Vail, 200 drones will light up the skies. We know it sounds incredible. Just wait until you see the state-of-the-art custom show. Our Reservations Specialists can provide a map of the viewing areas.

Admission into the Fair & Rodeo grounds is free. Guests can walk around and view livestock and Open Class exhibits, browse vendor booths, visit the carnival and live music and participate in educational events free of charge! You will need a ticket to attend the Rodeo.

A PRCA sanctioned ProRodeo will be held Wednesday through Saturday, July 23-26, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. each night.

Children 3 years of age and under may attend the Rodeo free of charge provided they sit on a family member’s lap throughout the performance. Children 4 and older must have a ticket to enter the Rodeo.

The Vail Dance Festival returns for 14 performances and more than 30 Festival events throughout the Vail Valley!

Lighting up the Vail stages this summer will be Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet of San Francisco, a new Dorrance Dance production The Center Will Not Hold, Philadelphia’s BalletX as part of its 20th-anniversary tour, a Balanchine Celebration evening featuring Festival stars and Colorado Ballet, the Vail return of Paul Taylor Dance Company, the Festival debut of A.I.M by Kyle Abraham, as well as debuts and appearances by Festival stars including artists from New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Royal Danish Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet, and more!

Since 1994, Vail Jazz has continually evolved. Our popular 3-day party format reflects our earliest beginnings. This year’s festival honors our roots, with an emphasis on our renowned Workshop alumni, each a jazz luminary in her or his own right.

The Vail Concours is a multi-day, annual automotive event, hosted in beautiful Vail, Colorado.

Since 2009, the Vail Concours (Formerly Vail Automotive Classic) draws a diverse group of automotive enthusiasts from across the United States and Canada. Entries range from contemporary supercars and sports cars to vintage collector cars and motorcycles.  Lionshead Village and the Lionshead Base of Vail Mountain is filled with spectacular cars. Free to the public to mix and mingle with the exhibitors and view the cars
