The Beaver Creek Lodge Penthouse was a project executed by designer Leah Soltas with the help and input of our team. We achieved the highest sale price in the history of the building by nearly double as well as the highest price per square foot in the Lodge. We also represented both sides of the purchase and sale, ensuring a seamless transaction for all parties involved.
Expected completion of this project is the end of 2025. We represented the Buyers of this single family home on the renowned street called Elk Track Court in the gates of Beaver Creek. We are now heavily involved in the redevelopment of the home including picking out finishes, layout of the home, must-have amenities within the home and working with on-site contractors to bring this vision to life. Once completed, this home will set the new standard for luxury within the gates of Beaver Creek.
The Beaver Creek Meadows are a luxury complex at the top of Beaver Creek. We represented the Buyers of this condo and negotiated the lowest sales price within all of the Meadows buildings in the last 5 years for our clients. We have been helping them choose new designs, colors, textures, furniture, appliances, windows, paints, and overall refresh the home to today’s standards.
